We decided to just get out of the heat this year and found ourselves in Cedar. We went camping up on Trent's parents property on Cedar Mountain and then went into Cedar on the fourth to watch the fireworks and just hang out. It was weird not being with family, but it was nice to be out of the blazing heat.

What a Blessing!
I just met a lady at the Dr. office today who has a baby in the NICU because she had her at 26 weeks. She has been in there for two and a half months. Right at that moment I felt so blessed to have a healthy, sweet baby girl. And, even though she was a month early, she didn't have to stay even one extra day in the hospital. The doctor said today she looks perfect. She's gaining weight good, her color is good, she is pooping and peeing good. I am just really grateful for her. She is starting to have periods where she is wide eyed and bushy tailed where she just stares around at us all like she doesn't know quite what to think, but it is fun to see her eyes opened and be able to talk to her. The kids love her. Taggert and Whitley fight over who gets to hold her, but they are all so cute with her kissing her hands and her head and her cheeks.

It's a Girl!!!
Yesterday at 3:05pm, Brinley Rae finally made her appearance! I had another crazy labor. She weighed 6lbs 5oz and is 19". She is not as chunky as Whitley was when she was born, but I have a feeling it won't take her very long to get that way. Grandma and Grandpa Reber brought the kids up to the hospital to meet her last night and when Grandma tried to hold the baby, Whitley said, "No, mine." I think she is definitely a keeper. She is a month early but she is eating good and is healthy. We are so grateful for another sweet baby girl. I would write more but I have a baby to feed now(:

Random pics
I wasn't going to post anything more until the baby comes because, I'll just be honest here, I have not been a very likable person. It's not that I want my baby to be born early and have problems, I think I am just really irritated with my incompetent uterus. My pregnancy with Tanner was uneventful. Sure, I had morning sickness in the beginning and my back hurt towards the end, but I didn't have any of this pre-term labor crap. It's not fun so I am trying something different, which may or may not work. I am trying to pretend that I am not pregnant and just go on with my life and then when our little miracle does arrive, we won't all be on the edge of insanity. I will be 36 weeks on Friday! But who's counting(:

Here we go again):
I made it one more week before I went into pre-term labor. I guess that's something to be grateful for. I am so sick of my incompetent uterus. I am dialated to a 3 and 70% effaced. They sent me home with some pills I'm supposed to take if the contractions start again and basically said "Good luck!" So, I have six weeks to go and if I can seriously make it another two, we will be in good shape.
On to other news, Tanner had bike safety training at Cub scouts on Wednesday. He rode his bike home from the church and crashed. Trent called me because I was still at young women's and said we needed to take him to the emergency room and I freaked out. I didn't let him finish before I hung up the phone or I would have found out that it wasn't as serious as my mind was making it. I was seeing a gaping hole in his head and bones sticking out of him arm. He did scrape his arm and side pretty good, but he didn't need stictches. He just has a bad case of road rash, and he is milking it for all it is worth. I guess he does need to be babied every now and then, he gets so left out being the oldest.

My pubic bone dilemma):
I went to the doctor on Friday and I left crying. I told him that I did a stupid thing and he said well we could go in and screw it back together, but that would probably hurt worse than it does now. I am pretty sure he was kidding, but he proceeded to tell me that there wasn't anything we could do for it until I had the baby. Then, he said, "you are planning on having an epideral, aren't you?" That's when I cringed as thoughts of me trying to push this baby out through the opening between my pubic bone and my hips came to smack me right between the eyes. I feebly replied, "No, I haven't had one with any of my kids." He was horrified, just kidding, but he said, "Hmmm, well, you might want to think about it because I just delivered a 42 year old woman having her 15 kid with this same problem and she was really hurting. I felt really sick to my stomach. The fear of having that needle stick into my back. I've seen the needle they use and besides, I've got lower back problems. What if I have the stupid epidural and it doesn't even work. That would be worse. I am seriously scared for this delivery. So, if you will all pray that when the time comes for this baby to be born that it will be quick.(: I would really appreciate it(: Oh, and while you are praying, putting a plug in for me to go a little early wouldn't hurt my feelings either because Whitley was 3 1/2 weeks early and she was 7lbs 8oz., my biggest baby. I cannot have a ten pound baby in my condition(: Okay, that's all the requests I have(: Thanks!

Tag's surgery
Tag had his eye surgery on Tuesday and everything went really well. The doctor said about 80% of these types of surgeries never need anything else to be done so we will just have to wait and see how straight his eye ends up being. She is a good doctor and I am very hopeful that this will be his last surgery for awhile.
Tag graduated from preschool last Thursday which is exciting for me for next year because we have full day kindergarten here. Whitley and Taggert are starting to act like twins so it will be good to seperate them for awhile. Then maybe they will miss each other enough to be nice to each other when they are together. I am going to try and tackle potty training with him this summer. If you have any suggestions, let me know. I've tried putting him in underwear and he just pees and keeps playing so he could give a darn if he is dripping wet. I've joked that Whitley will be potty trained beforel he will, but it may not be a joke(:
Tanner is done with school next Friday and he has decided that he wants me to homeschool him next year. I just laughed at him. That's not going to happen because I would kill him. He would drive me crazy. Besides, we've got some good things going on at our school, and I would hate for him to miss out on all the fun there(:
Whitley is becoming quite the little talker. I think her favorite word is "NO". She and Tag were fighting yesterday morning and I started singing "Love at HOme" and she was waving her hand at me to stop and saying NO, NO. I had to laugh.
I am 33 weeks pregnant and I am getting very hot and miserable. I split my pubic bone when I slipped in the bathroom chasing after Tag and it has been very painful. I will have to ask my doctor today what that means for delivery because I don't think it's going to heal until I'm not pregnant anymore. I hope this kid doesn't split me in half coming out. It is driving me crazy not to know for sure what this baby is. Yesterday, I washed some tiny boy clothes and some tiny girl clothes, and I guess I will just have to be okay with that. So, that's all for now, hope everyone is doing good.
